Property Elite are proud to work with Babatunji. Find more about his journey in surveying below...

1. Why did you become a Chartered Surveyor?

I chose to become a Chartered Surveyor because it gives clients the confidence that one has the capacity and competence to successfully deliver projects. Additionally, being Chartered is an honour.

2. What do you enjoy most about being a surveyor?

The prestige and opportunities that come with being chartered.

3. What would you like to change about the surveying industry?

I'd like to see the industry do more to promote a greener, more sustainable environment.

I would like the industry to advocate that to live in a civil society, more has to be done to create awareness about the dangers of greenhouse gases. I would like to see more action taken by the industry to create a more energy efficient and environmentally friendly world.

4. What do you like doing when you are not surveying?

Going for a walk and hanging out with friends and family.

5. What advice or tips would you give to aspiring Chartered Surveyors?

The process of becoming chartered can be challenging. The gain, however, is worth the pain.
